Everything you can't
do from abroad

Most of Korea's best walking country runs on minbak — small family guesthouses that take bookings by phone, in Korean. Island ferries change with the season. Bus stops have no English. We sort all of that out, then step back and let you walk.

We don't walk with you or drive you. If you'd like a vehicle on any day, ask — we can add Trail Drive days to your plan.

01

Route design

Tell us your dates, pace and where you want to go. We lay out a day-by-day route — which bus, which ferry, which trail, which village to sleep in.

02

Lodging booked by phone

We call the minbak in each village, in Korean, and hold your room. You pay the owner directly when you arrive.

03

Transport checked for your dates

Bus and ferry options for each leg, checked against the current timetable — island ferries switch between summer and winter schedules.

04

Where to eat

What each place is known for, where to find it, and the Korean words to point at.

05

A 2–3 page trip sheet

Overview, day-by-day plan, Korean address cards for taxi drivers, phrases and every contact you need — on your phone and printable.

06

A local line on WhatsApp

Our number goes on your sheet as your local contact. Missed a ferry, or the minbak owner needs to tell you something? Message us and we'll call them in Korean.

Questions

Before you
write to us

Is the Trail Kit $99 per person?

No — $99 covers your whole group. Lodging and meals are separate and paid by you directly to the minbak and restaurants.

Do you come with us on the Trail Kit?

No. The Trail Kit is for walkers who travel on their own. We set everything up, then stay reachable on WhatsApp as your local contact.

What if the minbak owner doesn't speak English?

Most don't — that's why we exist. If anything needs explaining on the spot, message us and we'll talk to the owner for you.

Can I combine services?

Yes. A common setup is a Trail Kit for the walking days plus a Trail Drive day to reach the start or get back from the finish.

Is Trail Drive a guided tour?

No. Your driver handles transport and logistics. You walk the trail at your own pace with the printed guidebook and GPS app.

How fast do you reply?

Within 24 hours. WhatsApp is usually fastest.
